Leslee, a University of Missouri-Columbia graduate with a BGS degree, boasts over 28 years in travel and tourism. She works full time as the CEO and President of Visit Oceanside. She founded Oceanside’s first Destination Marketing Organization, leading a decade of tourism growth averaging eleven percent annually. Her initiatives include Oceanside’s first sustainable tourism master plan, major infrastructure improvements, and new product development like the Agritourism Strategic Plan and SoCal Sports Complex. She also developed Visit Oceanside’s award-winning brand.

Leslee serves on the Economic Development Commission, Cal Travel Executive Board, and Oceanside Chamber board. She resides in Oceanside, CA with her family.
