Save Oceanside Sand Secretary

Steve is a retired USAF Colonel and Electrical Engineer who served 26 years in the Air Force space program and another 20 as a contractor. He has served on the Homeowner Board there for about 22 years. Steve and his wife, Elaine, bought and reside in North Coast Village, a beach condo complex near the San Luis Rey mouth in North Oceanside. They enjoy boogie boarding, swimming, fishing, and kayaking. Dismayed by the continuous sand loss near their condo, Steve joined SOS Oceanside in the summer of 2019.
