Dine & Donate with us on Thursday, December 7th (3-8 p.m.), at Bread + Cheese Eatery, and Wednesday the 13th (6 a.m. to 4 p.m.), at Camp Coffee Company (stop on your way to the final RE:BEACH public workshop for the coastal resiliency competition)

Dear SOS Community,

As we move into the holiday season, we are receiving an early Christmas present!  The City of Oceanside will be hosting the third and final RE:BEACH public workshop on Dec.13 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm at the Junior Seau Beach Community Center. Save Oceanside Sand applauds and supports the city’s Coastal Resilience Competition. You are all encouraged to attend (bring a friend) and to learn about the final design options available for restoring and retaining sand on our beaches. Save Oceanside Sand also encourages you (if you have not already) to visit the RE:BEACH website. You can review previous workshops and provide comment on workshop #2. Please complete the comment form so your concerns can be heard by the competitors!

Your support is important to continuing our mission of restoring and protecting our coastal habitat.  Whether volunteering, or if you don’t have time, donating to SOS enables us to continue to educate and inform everyone of what is possible and happening regarding on solutions to restore our shoreline.  As you may or may not know, SOS is now a 501(C)(3) nonprofit corporation, ready to receive and put to good use your generous donation(s).
