Join SOS for the Oceanside Independence Day Parade!

Come join Save Oceanside Sand on Saturday, June 24, 2023 in celebrating the 27th annual Independence Parade. Come see floats, bands, walking groups, cool cars and much more. The Oceanside City theme this year is "HONORING HOMETOWN HEROES".

Come early and setup to watch the parade along the route of Coast Highway as it makes it way north from Wisconsin Avenue to Civic Center Drive (just past City Hall).

If you want a little more fun and involvement in celebrating Independence Day and raising awareness on our shoreline, join Save Oceanside Sand in participating in the parade!

Walk with SOS and hold a sign. Or decorate your bike and ride with the group. And if you join in, you will get a FREE SOS tee to wear during the parade. If you're interested, please contact Bob Walker at bobw@valatek.com for more information.
